Join the annual hops conference to learn about hop fertility and irrigation management as well as important handling principles from proper harvest timing and drying to quality preservation techniques. Local brewers will teach about how hop quality preservation impacts beer quality and taste. Learn about the current UVM Extension hopyard research results including varietal differences, yields, hop pests, and brewing quality.

RAW MILK MEETING FOR RAW MILK PRODUCERS WITH RURAL VERMONT

Description: Regional raw milk meetings for raw milk producers of all sizes to get support in preparation for Agency of Agriculture raw milk dairy inspections; provide feedback about potential improvements and changes to the raw milk law; and to network, socialize, and share a meal with other raw dairy farmers.
