E.A.S.Y. Tactile Graphics Sells First Product

A start up company formed by UVM researchers, Michael Rosen, Ph.D., Michael Coleman, Ph.D., School of Engineering, and Josh Coffee, UVM Electrical Engineering graduate (2011),

E.A.S.Y. is selling its inTACT Eraser and taking orders for a second which will roll out later this summer. At the Annual Convention of the National Federation of the Blind in early July, E.A.S.Y. LLC delivered its first inTACTâ„¢ Eraser for editing tactile drawings and took an order for its inTACT Sketchpad, a digital raised-line drawing tablet. These products, and a tactile graphics printer, due in 2014, all originated as senior design projects in the UVM School of Engineering. Learn More About E.A.S.Y.
