What versions of Microsoft Office can be used with Read&Write 10?

Read&Write 10 can be used with Office 2003, 2007 and 2010.

We do not support Click-To-Run virtualised versions of Microsoft Office 2010. These do not allow Read&Write to connect properly to the document. If you have this version of Office you can get the installed copy by clicking on the link below, following the instructions and entering your license key:

I have updated Adobe Reader on my machine, why can I not see PDFaloud?

You will need to reinstall PDFaloud. To do this, browse the contents of the DVD and open Support> Tools> PDFaloud.

My Read&Write 10 MOBILE will not run on Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 installed, what should I do?

The Read&Write 10 MOBILE will not load if the Service Pack has been manually installed on the PC. (Preimaged machines with SP1 are fine.) You need to right click on the RWMobile.exe on the USB pen and choose 'Run as Administrator'.

It will launch immediately after doing this, and it only needs done once for that PC.

This has to be done each time the Mobile is run on a new PC.
