    3. Your directions to campus and your "Vendor Plackard." This will give you 15 minute access to the Oval to unload your materials. Unfortunately we cannot allow more time than this as we have around 200 organizations attending this years event.

  2. If you are planning to bring food to the event to give away, please make sure that we know what you are bringing. You can email us at campusprograms@uvm.edu

  3. When you arrive at the Davis Center, you will be greeted by staff who will check you off our list and give you your parking permit and your table number. They will then direct you to the Oval and the area where your table is located. Please be sure to park to the side so as not to block traffic flow. Once you have dropped off your display items, you will then park your vehicle in the Gutterson garage. You can download a PDF map that shows you how to get to Gutterson by car and back on foot by clicking HERE.

  4. Please be sure duing the event to take care of all of your trash. We will provide trash recepticals around the Oval, so please help us by properly discarding of any waste you may have. There will be recycling on site as well.

  5. We encourage you to make your display as bright, fun, and interactive as you can. This will help attract people to you and encourage conversations to help you with recruitment. Please remember that it may be windy and you should plan for this. Bring items to help keep any papers or display boards in place (rocks, paper weights, binder clips, etc.).

  6. Lastly, if your group has not checked in by 10:20am, your table may be given to an organization on the waiting list. If you need to cancel your registration, please E-MAIL US as soon as possible to do so.
