• A new University Operating Procedure (UOP) for cost transfers on sponsored projects goes into effect January 1, 2013

• This UOP, entitled "Cost Transfers Involving Sponsored Agreements," will replace 

• Cost Transfers on Grants and Contracts (replaced Jan 1, 2013)
• Sponsored Projects Expense Transfer (replaced Jan 1, 2013)
