Pre-Award Spending

Some sponsors allow for pre-award spending.

In such cases, spending can generally occur up to 90 days prior to award start date.

Contact SPA in advance of the request to pre-award spending. You will be asked to complete and submit the Pre-Award Spending memo found in the SPA Forms Library.
