It is particularly useful for American History classes. New York Times on the Web - Learning Network This site has a wealth of lesson plans related to current events. Not only does the site provide ideas for lessons but also provide articles to go along with them. California State University at Fullerton, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry Chemistry- having never taught chemistry before, I found this unit provided me with all of the materials I could possibility need and then some. Some of the lesson plans are a little to advanced for middle school students but can be adjusted to work just fine. Museum of Science - Ancient Egypt Ancient Egypt-Mummies. The students really enjoy this two-day, hands-on activity. Wonders of Our World - Ohio State University Chemistry- Some simple, in-expensive science experiments for busy teachers. Bangor High School - A Journey of a Thousand Li Ancient China and the Silk Road. This site was very helpful in our study of the Silk Road.
