A State Leaders Action Guide to 21st Century Skills is available for download as well as many other useful resources.

SETDA was formed to provide national leadership in educational technology and to provide opportunities for states to collaborate and network through partnerships and professional development opportunities. Vermont was a partner in development this toolkit.
