The Case Studies showcased on this site illustrate the many ways in which faculty at the University of Vermont are using technology to enhance their teaching. We encourage you to explore what your colleagues are doing with technology, learn from their experiences, and chart your own plan for replicating their successes in your own teaching.

Each Case Study includes the following:
(Faculty Person)'s Story. A detailed description of the faculty member, their beliefs about teaching and their content area, and the evolution of their teaching approaches are included here. Reading this section will help you understand the perspective the faculty member brings to teaching and technology integration, and you may discover some similarities between you and the faculty member.
Teaching Tools. In this section, you'll find a comprehensive set of information about different technological tools the faculty member has worked with. Included here are details about why the faculty chose to use the technology, the context in which they used it, resources that helped, and much more. A careful study of these sections can help you determine whether the technology might be appropriate for your teaching, and help you find ways to get started with it.
Bookmarks. Here, the faculty member shares Web-based resources they have found helpful in their teaching and/or in their technology integration efforts.
Tips. Get advice in this section--tips directly from the faculty member's experiences.
