Endorsement![]() As of July 2004, Vermont State teaching licensing regulations require that individuals providing direct instruction in educational technology to students in Vermont's public K-12 schools must be licensed as Vermont educators and must carry the endorsement as an Educational Technology Specialist. The Educational Technology Specialist endorsement can be acquired through transcript review (for example, UVM's six online graduate level courses) or through the peer review process.
