Bilateral Exchange Programs Provide an opportunity for students to develop skills in their discipline at world class institutions. These programs enrich and diversify the UVM community by bringing international students to our campus who, in turn, foster continuity of programs by establishing long-term relationships between UVM and the foreign institution. UVM Exchange Programs expose students to new cultures by living and studying abroad.
UVM Exchange students are required to complete a Study Abroad 101 session.
Once you have completed the info session, please contact the Office of International Education
to schedule an appointment with an Advisor. After
your appointment, you will be asked to complete the UVM bi-lateral exchange
application 
(including academic
references )
and submit to OIE before the deadline listed. Read specific fact sheets
for program details on elegibility, fees, and academics.
