Background
Dr. Wesley received his PhD degree in Population Genetics and Evolution from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, under the supervision of Dr. Walter Eanes. He pursued his post-doctoral work in Developmental Genetics at the Rockefeller University, in the laboratory of Michael Young. He joined the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics in 2001.
