The Human Resource Services web site is being redesigned in collaboration with HRS business partners across campus. As a result, the links in the left-hand menu have been temporarily disabled. Eventually our web site will better reflect our new team names (see the list on the left), but for now this site retains the old structure while the redesign is in process. To find what you need in the short term, click on the links to the former content areas in the paragraphs below.
The HRS Operations group deals primarily with data and forms, under the direction of Lee Stewart. HRS Operations consists of three teams: (1) Employee Information and Advising Services, (2) Administrative Services, and (3) HRS Research and Analysis. Much of the work formerly done by Benefits, Employment, and Payroll/Records falls under the purview of this group, along with many new initiatives.
HRS Organizational Services focuses on people and planning, under the direction of Joel Shapiro. HRS Organizational Services consists of four teams: (1) Management Consulting Solutions, (2) Learning Services, (3) Work/Life Services, and (4) Constituent Relations. Much of the work formerly done by the Staff Employee and Labor Relations Office, the Employee Assistance Program, University Training and Development, the Wellness Program and advising on Classification & Compensation will be done by this group, along with many new programs and initiatives.
HRS Allied Services refers to the two auxiliary service units that work with HRS, but report elsewhere. HRS Information Technology personnel support the human resource operation while reporting to Enterprise Technology Services.
