The Vermont Direct Market Price Survey is part of an effort to help Northeast Farmers set prices that are fair to consumers while supporting farm profitability. Our goal is to help farmers share information and learn about effective direct market pricing strategies.
In addition to the Price Reporting Survey, we will be offering workshops, webinars, small group clinics and individual mentoring to help you with pricing decisions. Participants will learn about various pricing strategies for direct markets, and how to factor their own costs into pricing decisions. These educational opportunities will begin in the late fall of 2011 and continue through the early spring of 2012.
The Pricing Resources section of this website contains tools, fact sheets, webinar recordings, and links additional resources that can help you make pricing decisions.
Be sure to Sign Up to receive updates about pricing workshops and webinars, and notices about new resources and materials.
