Cara Robechek teaches a variety of Environmental Studies courses at three different institutions both in the classroom and online. Her courses at UVM are Children, Health, and Environment and Environmental Communication and Public Opinion and she is also a Faculty Fellow for Service Learning. Before teaching, Cara traveled widely and lived and worked in both Switzerland and Scotland. She worked in the US for the environmental non-profits the Trust for Public Land and the Center for Whole Communities. Cara's current teaching assignments, in addition to those at UVM, are at Johnson State College and the Community College of Vermont. In addition, she is Chair of the Montpelier, VT Parks Commission and parent to two young children.
