Our website has been overhauled to help visitors learn more about us.
Kerri Cornell, a recent Unit Ph.D. student, accepted a post-doctoral position with the USDA Forest Service, University of Missouri-Columbia.  Kerri will be analyzing and interpreting on large-scale datasets of forest-birds.  Congratulations Kerri!
Robert Long, a recent Unit Ph.D. student, accepted a position with the Western Transportation Institute, Montana State University, where he will be coordinating wildlife research efforts associated with a large-scale road ecology project in the North Cascades. Robert will serve as adjunct faculty at Central Washington University. Congratulations Robert!
Adam Duerr, a recent Unit Ph.D. student, accepted a post-doctoral position with the Center for Conservation Biology, College of William and Mary.  Adam will be working on various projects related to aquatic bird conservation. Congratulations Adam!
Noah Perlut, a recent Unit Ph.D. student, accepted a position as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Vermont Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. Noah will be teaching several ungraduate level courses, and will continue his work on grassland birds.  We're lucky to have him in Vermont!
