Registration and Payment is Required:
On site check-in services will be available 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 30th. Space is limited.

Who should attend?
University/College staff, faculty, and administrators, K-12 teachers and administrators, diversity coordinators, and pre-service professionals.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax, or e-mail to UVM Conference and Event Services. Cancellations postmarked Friday, March 9, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after Friday, March 9, 2012. Below is the information you will need in order to send in your written notice.

No-Shows:
If you are pre-registered and do not attend the conference, you will be assessed the full conference fee for which you have registered.
Partial Attendance:
There is no partial attendance fee.
Parking:
Parking will be available for symposium attendants at the cost of $4.00 for Friday, March 30th only at the Jeffords East Parking Lot. If you sign-up for parking you will receive a parking map and permit via e-mail prior to the conference. Parking permits are not required for the Jeffords and Jeffords East Parking Lots during Thursday's Kickoff Keynote at Ira ALlen Chapel.
