Deidra K. Razzaque is a Training Coordinator with the Vermont Child Welfare Training Partnership. In this role, Deidra works primarily on kinship, foster, and adoptive family training. She also oversees The Voices at the Table blog, and is on the board of Vermont Kin as Parents (VKAP). 

Deidra has worked to better the lives of children, youth, and families in the US and abroad. Her work with diverse organizations, including the Community College of Vermont (CCV), the Monteverde Friends School, the US Peace Corps, and the Association of International Educators, has focused on intercultural education, creativity and the arts, personal and community growth, and resiliency.
