Mission Statement

The CATcard Service Center provides enterprise-wide identity management, access control, and stored value transaction processing for on and off-campus functions that support University operations. We are also responsible for the management of the campus-wide video surveillance system. 

Vision Statement

The CATcard Service Center is to be a benchmark to other institutions through continuous implementation and incorporation of cutting edge technologies while generating adequate resources to invest in these future technologies without encumbering the University financial resources.
