From I-89 North or South: Take Exit 14W onto route 2 west (towards Burlington). Proceed through one light, with the Sheraton Hotel on your right. At the next light, bear right onto East Avenue. Turn left at the next light onto Carrigan Drive. As you come up the hill with the water tower on your right, Jeffords Hall will be in front of you. Make a left in front of Jeffords Hall and another left into the parking lot. Turn right upon entering the parking lot and park in visitor parking. The Plant Biology office is room 111 Jeffords Hall, in the middle of the building's first floor.

From north or south on Route 7: Once in Burlington, turn onto Route 2 East (Main Street). From the north, this will be a left-hand turn; from the south, it will be a right-hand turn.
