Mr. Rosa graduated from the University Of Vermont School Of Business in 1982 with a B.S. in Accounting. His years at UVM were very instrumental in developing his passion for business, politics, cultural events and community service. As a student he participated in a wide variety of campus activities and organizations including the Cultural Connection Organization, the Mortar Board Honor Society and the UVM Men's Track team. He later attended NYU Stern School of Business where he earned an MBA in Finance.

After UVM, Mr. Rosa joined General Electric Company in Bridgeport, CT as a Financial Management Program Trainee. There he developed expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning and Information Systems.

Mr. Rosa left General Electric in 1984 to join the IBM Corporate Accounting Group in Tarrytown New York as a Staff Accountant. He has been with IBM since and has held numerous positions in Accounting, Finance and Sales and Marketing. Key assignments included Brand Manager of Storage Products Financing for IBM Credit Corp, Manager of Financial Planning and Pricing for IBM's Latin American Division, Manager of Product Development for IBM Global Financing, Controller for IBM Internet Division and Global Product Manager for IBM Global Asset Recovery Services.

Mr. Rosa is currently the Client Executive in charge of worldwide IBM server sales into IBM Strategic Outsourcing accounts. In this position Mr. Rosa is the worldwide sales executive responsible for managing over $1 Billion in sales of IBM UNIX, Intel, Midrange and Mainframe servers to Strategic Outsourcing Clients.

Mr. Rosa has two children Benjamin Jr. and Alexandria. He continues to enjoy participating in sports and cultural activities as well as community service organizations. He is an avid runner and currently working towards his second degree black belt in karate.
