Greg is a consulting and audit partner with the firm. He is also very much involved in management consulting issues, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions, in addition to working with clients on business accounting, audit and financial reporting matters. The on-going management advisory services he provides to businesses include improved accounting systems including cost accounting, financing for growth, compensation plans, cash flow management, family business and succession planning, and other strategic planning services.

Through the years, Greg has gained significant experience working with large and small manufacturers, distributors, contractors, service professions, and mail order businesses. Greg has worked closely with various economic development agencies in Vermont to attract and retain businesses and jobs. He has also worked many not-for-profit organizations in both board of director and professional advisory capacities.

Greg has been actively involved with forming the Vermont Family Business Initiative and currently serves on their advisory board. The US Small Business Administration named him Vermont's Accountant of the Year in 2001. Greg is a member of the Vermont Business Roundtable. In March 2004, Greg also joined the Board of Advisors for the University of Vermont, School of Business Administration. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants. Greg also serves on several other community boards.

A Burlington native, he graduated with high honors from Bentley College in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy. He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company in Boston. After rising to the level of senior auditor, he joined Gallagher, Flynn & Company in 1984. Greg has been a partner in the Firm since 1990, and became co-managing partner in 2003.
