David R. Haas is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DRH Associates a financial consulting firm specializing in financial planning and financing in varying industries.

Mr. Haas is a member of the Board of Directors of Armor Holdings, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company and was a Director of Information Holdings, Inc, TODD-AO Corporation and GRB Entertainment, Inc. until those companies were sold.

Prior to forming DRH Associates, Mr. Haas was the Senior Vice President and Controller of Time Warner Inc., the world's leading media and entertainment company, where he spent 18 years as part of senior management leading the company through debts restructurings, capital infusions acquisitions and dispositions. He also worked closely with all the company's operating businesses, charting long range strategic plans and providing guidance on day to day operating issues. He was also responsible for the financial budgeting, reporting, control and audit functions.

Mr. Haas joined Warner Communications, Inc., in June 1976 as Assistant Controller. He became Controller in 1979. In 1982 he was named a Vice President and in 1988 a Senior Vice President and Controller of the merged firm.

Prior to joining Warner Communications, Mr. Haas was a principal with Arthur Young and Co., the predecessor to the merged of Ernst and Young.

Mr. Haas is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a Trustee and Treasurer of the Jewish Home and Hospital Lifecare Services - Bronx Division and a member of the New York regional Board of the University of Vermont, the Board of Advisors at the University of Vermont - Business School and the Board of The East Harlem School at Exodus House.
