Cancelled or Postponed Events

The concert will be held unless one or more of the following conditions apply (1) the artist cannot make it to the venue (2) the University closes or (3) Based on official weather advisories, Lane Series management deems road conditions as being hazardous for our patrons. In this case:

• The Lane Series will post an announcement on our website and voice mail

(802-656-4455 informing you of the cancellation or postponement.

• The Lane Series will attempt to contact audience members through e-mail or phone mail to inform them of the cancellation or postponement.
• The currently held ticket will be good for the new performance time.

If the audience member cannot attend the new performance time, or the show needs to be completely cancelled, the following will occur:

• The ticket holder must contact the Lane Series within a reasonable time to exchange the ticket for another performance.
