How do I access help on line?
 
 
*** F2 = Serves 3 purposes depending on where your cursor is located:
 

Use the arrow keys to go to any field you want an explanation about; and use the F2 help key.
To scroll down through the information, just hit enter.
 

If you get an error message at the top of your screen, bring your cursor to anywhere on that line and hit the F2 key.
 

If you want an explanation about a particular screen, go to the screen field and hit the F2 key.

Some screens that are not value based security screens will not display any screen help information.
 

*** F3 = Multiple messages help key (if error messages have an asterisk in front of them).
 
If you see an error message at the top of your screen with an asterisk in front of it,
put your cursor anywhere on that line and hit the F3 function key in order to display
the multiple error messages.  Continue to hit the F3 key to scroll through your messages.
 

*** F4 = Exit help screen

This will take you out of any help screens that you are looking at.  The help screen menu displays this function key down at the lower left of the screen.
