The AP, in a story that ran in the San Francisco Chronicle, The Boston Globe and elsewhere, reports on Tom Sullivan’s recent visit to the White House as part of a group of college presidents from across the country. At the meeting, Sullivan presented on UVM’s New Americans program, which aims to increase the enrollment of students whose families have immigrated to Vermont, many as refugees.
