Nutrient Management for Vegetable Growers

This informative, fun, and FREE workshop is highly recommended for vegetable growers of all sizes to insure you are compliant with Vermont’s Required Agricultural Practices (RAPs). By the end of the day, you will:

· Learn how the RAPs apply to your farm, and what you need to do to comply;

· Understand the impact excess nutrients have on the environment;

· Interpret soil test results, calculate nutrient needs, and choose soil amendments;

· Draft a RAPs compliant nutrient management plan.
