Come learn with:

* Kimberly Hagen, Grazing Specialist with the Center for Sustainable Agriculture at UVM Extension. Kimberly has worked with numerous farmers across thestate providing technical assistance for best management practices for their pastures and for their animals, including horses and she owns two herself.

* Betsy Miller of the UVM Extension Farm Viability program, will be discussing basic financial management tools and techniques to aid in farm decision making. Betsy has over 10 years’ experience working with all types of farmers in farm management and business planning.
* Kaitlin Hayes grew up in Vermont and works currently as an Agricultural Water Quality Specialist in the Water Quality Division of the Agency of Agriculture, Food & Markets. Her work focuses on education, outreach, and providing technical assistance surrounding agricultural water quality regulations, in addition to working on the legal and policy aspects of agricultural water quality in Vermont.
