Timeline for hire

February: Application opens for the following academic year
March: Interviews and hiring of the new team
April: Conduct group interviews and hire new peer mentors
August: Three full-day mandatory training (Friday-Sunday) over the weekend prior to the start of school
Last weekend (1 day) of September: mandatory training

About our Career + Experience Peer Mentor Program

Our Career + Experience Peer Mentors are trained student staff members of our team who are leaders on campus, and have committed to the career development process. They work within The Hub and Career Center of the Davis Center, and will help students with career related questions and introduce the steps on how to get started with experiential opportunities.
