Compare neoliberal/free market capitalism with various forms of state capitalism and fascism, with case studies of the US, Russia, China, and Germany under Nazism. Focus on contemporary issues including trade friction, de-globalization, and the rise of authoritarian regimes. Prerequisites: EC 011 and EC 012 or instructor permission
