COURSE DESCRIPTION This online course will explore core concepts of systems thinking and your own leadership. This is a practice based summer seminar seeking to enhance your own leadership practice. Students enrolling in this program should be actively in a leadership role in any sector. Attendance to all Zoom sessions and punctuality with forums posts are mandatory given the short time frame of this class. ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS • Who am I as a leader? • How am I managing complexity now? • What does the future hold? What kind of leadership am I called to bring into the future?
