At the end of this course, students will have: 1. An understanding of the scientific methods and critical research/ethical issues involved in psychological research; 2. An acquaintance with a broad array of subjects within the field and an increased understanding of the multitude of factors that influence human behavior; 3. Some ideas of how to apply psychological principles in your own life; 4. Experience thinking critically about psychological concepts and research practices.
