RURAL & AGRICULTURAL VOCREHAB PROGRAM

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for services from Rural & Agricultural VocRehab the following criteria must be met:

The presence of a physical or mental disability which for the individual constitutes or results in a substantial impediment to employment, and evidence that vocational rehabilitation services are needed to prepare for entering, engaging in, or retaining gainful employment.

The term "disability" as used is defined as follows:

A physical or mental impairment which seriously limits one or more functional capacities (such as mobility, communication, self-care, self-direction, interpersonal skills, work tolerance or work skills) in terms of an employment outcome.
