Exam 1 Re-writes (Due Monday 10/21 - anytime) :
There is no better way to learn from your exam than to work through the questions that you had difficulty with by yourself. Without doing so, it is likely that you will repeat similar mistakes on the next exam or final.
Your final score on the exam will be a weighted average of your score in class and your exam re-writes, with weights of 75% and 25%, respectively.
You are welcome to use your book/notes or ask me questions, but THE WORK MUST BE DONE ON YOUR OWN.
-
Submit a corrected solution for each part on which you received LESS THAN 7 points (8 pts for each part). Write a COMPLETE solution, showing all your work, for each part that needs to be corrected.
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR AN ANSWER WITHOUT SHOWING YOUR WORK.
-
SUBMIT at the tinyurl with the filename: "2510exam1rw.pdf" (all lower case)
-
Write your corrections on a new page. List the problems in the order that they appear on the exam. Leave blank any problems for which you received 7 or 8 points.
-
Do NOT re-submit your exam paper with the corrections.
-
Copy the academic honesty pledge from your exam to the top of the page and sign it if it applies.
-
Failure to follow the directions above will result in little or no credit for the re-writes.
