Our Instructional Recreation and Training Workshops offer a wide variety of short courses that compliment other fitness programs. These workshops, series and trainings are designed to enrich your wellbeing and gives you an opportunity to develop a rapport a group over a series of weeks. This programming is for the participant that wants to build on what is learned each week and develop the group.
