QSPoints Screen Shots

![[POINTS]](./qsp2.gif)
This is a performance table.
A point value is entered in the box by the yellow caption. The table displays performances for standard distances from 800 meters to the marathon. The upper left space can be filled by a performance for a user-specified distance. Clicking on the pink disk icon in the upper left corner will save the data to a file on the hard disk. The blue buttons at the bottom allow for navigation throughout the other program options.
![[PACE]](./qsp3.gif)
This is a pacing table.
A point value is entered in the box by the yellow caption. The figures in light blue represent paces for repetitions, arranged in columns according to distance. Three different screens allow for a range of distances from 200 to 3200 meters. The figures in pink represent the number of repetitions, the recovery intervals and the percent of maximum speed at each pace. Clicking on the pink disk icon in the lower left area will save the data to a file on the hard disk. The blue buttons at the bottom allow for navigation throughout the other program options.
![[TIME]](./qsp4.gif)
This is a total time table.
A pace in minutes and seconds per mile or per kilometer is entered, as well as a distance from 100 to 100,000 meters, or the English equivalent. The program will calculate the total time for that distance at that pace. The time and distance will be remembered when the user returns to the main menu, so that the point value and pacing tables for that level of performance can be calculated.
