extracurricular During her time here at UVM, Lauren has interned at the statehouse with UVM's Vermont Leislative Research Service and at the statewide energy efficiency utility, Efficiency Vermont (EVT). At EVT, Lauren has planned and implemented two trials of advanced power strips and supported other functions of the Efficient Products Program, helping Vermonters save money and Energy. Outside of School, Lauren enjoys traveling, Horseback Riding, and spending quality time with friends.

Allie has
spent the last five summers working as a counselor and unit
head at a sleep away camp in the Berkshires. She works for the
Office of Admission's Student Contact team where she calls
prospective students and talks to them all about UVM! In her
free time, she plays the cello, sings, and takes photos. She
also loves to read all kinds of books and loves to draw.

She was a member of the Girl Scouts of the USA for 11 years and earned the Gold and Silver award. She currently works as a nanny and an office manager and in the past has volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Burlington as a mentor. She loves to ski and she loves cows.

As a member of the
College of Arts and Sciences Honors College, Hannah is
currently conducting undergraduate research on purinergic
signaling in the vomeronasal organ of mice for her senior
thesis. She plays in the UVM concert band and also volunteers
with Volunteers in Action (VIA), spending Sundays at the
Chittenden Emergency Food Bank serving meals with Food
Salvade. Hannh also works part-time at the State of Vermont's
microbiology fish health laboratory. After graduation she
plans on following her love of science and service to apply
for medical school.

is currently Miss Vermont 3013 and this past September she
competed in the Miss America 2014 pageant. She is a member of
the TOWER society and is also a Truman scholar. She has logged
hundreds of volunteer hours with HOPE works and her platform
as Miss Vermont has been "Stop the Silence: Advocating for
Survivors of Sexual Violence and Promoting Healthy
Relationships".

honor socity, Order of Omega Greek Leadership Honor society,
and Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociological Honor
society. He has also served as president for several of these
organizations and societies.

Heidi has just graduated (December 2013) and she hopes
to pursue a career in Medicine at UVM medical school. She is
not a traditional student, however; she is a registered Dental
Hygienist and she practiced for a few years before coming to
UVM. She has organized many events like Children's Oral Health
Day at Vermont Technical College, and a 'Hope on the Slopes'
event at Bolton. She also volunteers regularly with her dog at
Fletcher Allen Hospital.
