Vermont Summer Summit (co-organizer, 2007-present).  The first meeting of this planned annual event took place in July 2007.  This one-day biobehavioral research conference involves research presentations by behavioral neuroscience faculty, post-doctoral associates, and graduate students from Departments of Psychology at UVM, Dartmouth College, and McGill University.

Faculty Representative for Vermont Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience (2005-present).  In Spring 2005, I was elected as faculty representative to the state chapter of the Society for Neuroscience, the world’s largest organization of scientists devoted to the study of the brain.  In this capacity, I help to organize our annual retreat and help to coordinate our monthly seminars.
