from browser (IE) export TO excel- in export view will have to choose each record singly, export as batch

Once in excel copy whole batch and drop into Notepad (strips formatting), then copy from notepad and drop into word.

Cntl-h to get replace function, replace all tabs with . Replace all with ^ . Change all instances of "Print Copy ^" to "Print Copy " Save file to safe place: Ovidsomthin.txt

Open new excel file. Data tab above, choose Import From Text (with All Files ext) choose the ovidsomthin.txt file. Delimiters ^ will break text into appropriate columns.

Clean up any glitches, remove unnec columns. *there will be no Year col.*

Select All, Font/options/alignment tab, wrap text- tidies the columns

Add Column in Year position, fill cells with a space or a throw-away character. Option--at Ovid site go into each book's record to find the year and enter in appropriate record in excel file--there are only 12, not very onerous

Add Column at far right named "database" and fill each cell with "Ovid"
