Otherwise--copy out of site and drop into excel. Once in excel copy whole batch and drop into Notepad (strips formatting), then copy from notepad and drop into word. Strangely, this file in word won't permit substituting with "^". Replace with "<>". Replace single returns with tabs. Replace "<>" with

Copy all and drop back into new excel wrap text and tidy up empty rows. split the pub & year column by the ";" and get rid of the pub column. Reorder, sort.

Add Column at far right named "database" and fill each cell with "NCBI"

Export to delimited text and standardize terminology/formats
