Access--(use firefox)

Choose "export file .csv"

Select All, Font/options/alignment tab, wrap text- tidies the columns

Delete unnec columns, then delete records at bottom with "author" "Toy", and any other junk rows

Reorder cols to Title, Author, Edition, Year, sort A-Z again, Say yes to expand choice.

Add Column at far right named "database" and fill each cell with "AccessMed"

Export to delimited text and standardize terminology/formats
