Export to excel, choose whole page arrow. Once in excel, discard all but books list text

Select All, Font/options/alignment tab, wrap text- gets it all into one column

Select the column, choose data tab above, choose "text to columns" Choices appear: choose "delimited", "divide on comma", and "other- : " Then pick "text" format for each column shown in window below (default is general, change all for consistency)

Select 1st column (authors) only. Home tab above, Editing, sort & Filter, A-Z. Say yes to expand choice.

Scroll down to rows beginning with New Ed or Newly Added, delete those rows Brainstorm fast way to delete rows that contain just a single letter.

Re-order columns to Title, Author, Edition, Year, sort A-Z again, Say yes to expand choice.

Add Column at far right named "database" and fill each cell with "MD Consult"

Export to delimited text and standardize terminology/formats
