The Chemistry department at UVM has its own home page, which includes an almost up to date list of their faculty at UVM.

This is a gopher site where you can find Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for tons of chemicals and substances shipped in the US. There is plenty of important information on some of these sheets, but keep in mind that I once saw a 14 page MSDS on water!! Let's see... in the case of eye contact, flush for 15 minutes with water... hmmm!!

Here is an interesting list, titled "15 Reasons Not To Store Your Chemicals Alphabetically". I think the reasoning here is that chemicals should be stored in groups of non-reactivity, rather than alphabetically. If this whets your appetite, there is more cool safety information available that is worth everyone's perusal. Some of it's very outdated, but most is still valid - hey, chemicals don't change much from year to year.
