2012

16^th International HLA and Immunogenetics Workshop
May 28-30: The Immunogenomic Data-Management Methods project meeting will take place on May 30th in Hall 4a of the BT Convention Centre. A morning session will be held from 0830-1230, and an afternoon session will be held from 1600-1800.

The working group will meet immediately after the project meeting in Hall 4a from 1800-1930.

2011

Amerian Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI) 37^th Annual Meeting
October 17-21: The working group will meet at the ASHI meeting in New Orleans, on Monday October 17 from 3-5pm.

An update on the IDAWG 16th Workshop Project will be presented during the International Histocompatibility Workshop Update on Tuesday October 18, from 4:30 to 6pm.

Two abstracts (#199, "Open Access Immunogenomis at immunogenomics.org," and #234, "IDAWG 16th IHIW Project: Immunogenomic Data Management Methods") will be presented during the poster session on Tuesday, October 18, from 6-7PM.

European Federation For Immunogenetics (EFI) 25^th European Immunogenetics and Histocompatibility Conference
May 4-7: The working group will meet at the EFI Meeting in Prague, Czech Republic on Wednesday on May 4th from 1500 to 1700 in Meeting room III on the 2nd floor.

An abstract describing the IDAWG 16^th IHIW Project has been accepted for poster presentation (491kb PDF). The poster will be presented on Thursday May 5 from 1700-1830 at the Wine & Cheese reception on Terrace I and II.

2010

Asia-Pacific Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Association (APHIA) 2010 Conference
November 16 - 19: Martin Maiers will present an overview of the IDAWG goals at the APHIA Meeting in Queenstown, New Zealand on Friday, November 19 at 9:30AM (UTC+13).

American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI) 36^th Annual Meeting
September 26 - 30: The working group will meet at the ASHI meeting in Hollywood, FL, USA on Sunday, September 25 from 1-3 PM in room 310 of the conference center.

European Federation For Immunogenetics (EFI) 24^th European Immunogenetics and Histocompatibility Conference
May 15 - 18: The working group will meet at the EFI Meeting in Florence, Italy.

An abstract describing the need for an immunogenetic extension of the STROBE/STREGA statement has been accepted for poster presentation (944kb PDF). The poster will be presented on Monday, May 17^th between 15:30 and 16:00 in Poster Group No 4 - Mixed Immunogenetics/Miscellaneous II, Palazzo degli Affari - 1st floor.

An abstract announcing the formation of the working group to the ASHI community has been accepted for poster presentation (1.1mb PDF). The poster will be presented on Tuesday, November 3rd between 5:30 and 7:00 PM at poster board number 150-P.

Australian and South East Asian Tissue Typing Association (ASEATTA) 33^rd Annual Scientific Meeting
November 12-15: The working group will meet after the ASEATTA Meeting in New Delhi, India, on November 16th at 10AM (GMT+5:30).

September 23: The working group will meet from 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM California time (UTC/GMT -8) at the Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute.

European Federation For Immunogenetics (EFI) 23^rd European Immunogenetics and Histocompatibility Conference
May 11: The initial meeting of the working group be at the EFI meeting in Ulm, Germany. We will meet in the "Bonn" room at the conference center from 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Note that the meeting may be short, as Educational Session III, and Oral Sessions V and VI begin at 10:00 AM.
