This once gable front ell plan is located on the corner of Manhattan Dr. and Walnut St. It is a one and a half story two over two bay plan with vinyl siding and raking eaves. The sash is one over one and the entranceway is protected by a pedimented hood supported by decorative brackets. Shutters adorn the sash.

Fredrick Girard, employed by JR Booth is the owner listed on the Hopkins map as well as the listed owner found in the City Directories. He continues to live at this address through the 80’s and 90’s.
