The 1890 Hopkins Map indicates E.J. Booth with this building.[1] The 1888-1889 Burlington City Directory lists E.J. Booth as an employee of J.R. Booth and living housed at 115 North Winooski Ave.[2] The 1890 Directory lists him as Manger of Retail lumber at J.R. Booth and still residing at 115 N. Winooski Ave.[3]

The 1890 Hopkins Map indicates C.H. Richardson with this building. [4] The 1888-1889 Burlington City Directory lists Catherine Richardson as an employee of the Hotel Burlington.[5] 1890 shows a W.L. Richardson, employed as a slater, living at this 16 Converse Court. [6] A historic site survey dates the building to 1890, calls it the W.L. Richardson house, and claims it is one of the first house on the street.[7] Unfortunately, Sanborn Insurance Maps for 1885-89 do not cover this area to prove this date's validity.

A historic site survey dates the building to 1890 and names Oliver Lamora as first resident. He was a janitor and policeman.[9]

The 1890 Hopkins Map indicates E.J. Booth with this building. [10]A historic site survey dates the building to 1890 and claims John Roberts built it.[11] The 1890 Burlington City Directory notes Frank B. Follett, an employee of Wells and Richardson, living at 23 Converse Court.[12]

The 1890 Hopkins Map indicates this as the Alpha Theta Chapter house. [16]
45 Converse Court
The 1890 Hopkins Map indicates E.Coyne with this building.[17] The 1890 Burlington City Directory lists Eliza Coyne as a widow of Patrick and residing at Converse Court and Hickok Place.[18]
