Built: circa 1880 - 1890
Located on the opposite side of the street to #40 and #46, this group of buildings also belonged to Mrs. Rutter,1 and may have served as her residence, while the others may have been used as rental properties. The footprints represented on the 1890 map for each of the Rutter structures seem to still be in place, and any exterior alterations are thought to have been cosmetic in nature. Additional research is needed to determine the history of this building and its related structures.
