Demographic Information Sheet

CEDA is collecting this data to find out if we have a diverse organization.

We are asking each director to identify their sex and race and to ask all

of their coaches and students to do the same. We are hoping that everyone

will volunteer this information so that we can use the numbers to assess

our progress in including diverse populations. We need your names to find

out who is advancing out of the preliminary rounds and winning awards. Only

numbers will be used to announce the finding from the data collection.

This is the tenth year these demographics have been collected.
