Community conditions refer to the system of ideals, values, beliefs, knowledge, and routines that a society instills in its citizens and transmits from one generation to another. The new emerging community conditions move us from a service culture to a full based citizen leadership culture.
By understanding the shift in community conditions, citizens can better equip themselves with positive thoughtful approaches to change.
