Special characteristics that were particularly effective: pace—not slow moving, didn’t bog down, it moved better than most; variety of presentation; discussion; questions.

Additional comments:

"Just a note to let you know how much we appreciated the NNCO National Satellite conference in December. We taped the conference and then used segments of the video in staff training with our State Strengthening staff this month. We were focusing on collaboration, and the NCCO conference did a super job of then.

Although I didn’t get the survey filled out, I wanted you to know that this satellite conference was the most useful item for us produced by NNCO—and one of the very most useful products produced by any of our national collaborations." Thank you.
